Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at maisonducygne.store@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Package: Securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at maisonducygne.store@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
